Gluing ricordea

So i have tried gluing this bugger like 3 times and its loose again! I know i did it right but it just wont stick its also spliting could that be why?
What should i do with it?

use a small breeder or soap dish on the side of your tank with gravel in the bottom of it, put the ric in there for a couple weeks till it attaches to the gravel then you have something to glue it with....

Glue will never stick to the ric itself...

another way is to stitch it on with fishing line.....

If the flow is too high, could you use a plastic mesh netting (like you see some vegeatables from the produce section contained in) wrapped around the rock and the shroom to hold it to the rock until it attaches itself?

I put it in a little bowl in the bottom of the tank with some rock ruble.

also these guys arent doing 100% i would like to spot feed them what should i feed them? I have some freeze dried brime shrimp i was thinking about soaking it and and then using a aquirter (brian fart) thingy to feed them? No problem with going to the fish store to buy something else!

"Wedding Veil" works really well for holding them to rock or rubble until they attach. Not sure about feeding them, as I've never spot fed mine anything.

They were not not doing too wel and are a little faded in color im sure they will ake it but i just wanted to help them along the next couple days. I have heard of spot feeding them just dont know what or how.

I find a crevice in a rock and with one finger push them in there and hold. After about 1 min i slowly let them go and if the flow is high put a small glass dish around untill it attaches. 50% of the time they stay. without any other help.

I have fed my rics frozen mysis shrimp, they just take a long time to eat them so you gotta keep your shrimps and/or fish away until they get it in their mouths.

I would agree with Sid as far as using wedding veil. I've also used a toothpick to hold some shrooms, rics and Xenia to rocks until they attach on their own.

Also you can feed rics a variety of foods incluing mysis, coral frenzy, cyclop-eeze, or any invert/coral food.

Of course if you do regular water changes and keep trace elements good and plenty in the tank then you shouldn't have to target feed them.

Just my opinion.
