I just finished resetting the password in our GMail.com account.

The new password is:

FYI Mark, we've been using this account to send out email on behalf of the BOD. The name is:

I was just comparing the Contacts on the GMail account to what Bob posted here yesterday.

There are many discrepancies in the email address and even some listed on the GMail account that are not on the list he provided here.

I think I'll just wait until I have the forms in hand before trying to figure out which is correct. Once I've figured it out (as best I can), I'll post it here and fix the GMail list as well.

The emails are from evite which is old and out of date. So, they are bound to be out-of-date.

If no one minds, I would like to take ownership of this and manage the list over there.

Bob deleted all the emails from the Evite list.

Take ownership of what? PSAS.org was created for all the BOD Members.

oh..I did not know that. I can import them again if we want. The whole idea is to move away from evite since it goes into junk more often that not. Also, this will provide one stop place for emailing members and sponsors.


By ownership, I meant cleaning and managing the list of those members. I would love to send out an email to everyone once it's done which says the following points

1. We do not sell PSAS member information
2. If people do not want to recieve emails, reply on this thread and we will remove their emails from this list
