I'm interested in getting a pair of these guys and just wanted to know if they would be compatable with my current inhabitants:

Yellow sleeper goby
Lawn mower blenny
Orchid dottyback
2 x ocellaris clowns
Coral beauty
Coral banded shrimp
Skunk cleaner shrimp
Scarlet cleaner shrimp
serpant star, snails, feather dusters, 3x hermit, and corals.

It's unclear from your post if your intention is to pair the Goby with the Shrimp. Certain Gobies will share their burrow with the Pistol Shrimp.

The Pistol Shrimp will be aggressive to intruders. I see you already have several fishes that tend to inhabit the substrate and bottom aquarium layer. If there is ample unused substrate area available they should get along with the other inhabitants. In general, the PS will try to keep the other shrimp away from its area. I am concerned that you have the room to accommodate this relatively territorial duo considering the others you already have. :)

thanks. I am clear that you need specific gobies/PSes, I was just generalizing to save time. I do have some realestate available but I'm pretty close to my limit on inhabitants and don't want to take the chance of disrupting some of my fish. I'll just convince my brother to get a pair for his tank.
