I need a good cheap (10 dollar ish)container for mixing up IO will a cheap rubbermaid or other brand work fine? I'm looking for 20 or so gallons at a time, i've been using 5 gallon buckets but i've outgrown them.

The problem is that you need to get a container that is made of food grade plastic so that it does not leach stuff back in to the water. The food-grade brute trash cans are what most people use, and they hold 32 gallons. They aren't exactly cheap though.

I use a 37 gal rubbermaid container I bought at Home Depot and have not had any problems, works like a champ! It was on sale less than $20 bucks.

I use an 18 gallon rubbermaid bought for $9.50 at ACE haven't had any problems yet.

And isn't rubbermaid and brute the same company.

The new valley Lowes had interesting rubbermaid stuff last time I was in the store.
