Also I think it has alot to do with how good of a customer you are and how much risk you are or have caused the company. I have very large business policies in the multimillions of coverage.

I have always been dedicated to State Farm personally. They weren't able to provide enough coverage for our business liability so our business is covered with Safeco. (but our home office is covered by State Farm) However, 10 years ago we were issued a certificate for guaranteed renewal for life as long as premiums were paid. We got this supplement due to the fact that we didn't have any claims or vehicle tickets. We can never be cancelled for whatever reason unless we don't pay our bills. I've been with State Farm since I was 16 and have been a great customer. (Nada on the multimillion coverage though....)

I will definately make another call and bring this research to the table.
