Do they generally have sand all over them from a dragon goby who hasn't figured out he can spit out sand somewhere besides right over the top of them?

That yellow molly is pretty cool. How long did it take you to acclimate it to saltwater?

About a day. I had it in a brackish tank that was around 1.008 already so that helped. She's a good glass cleaner. Her and the rabbitfish are never very far away from each other for some reason. Pretty funny to watch the 2 of them interact.

Looks good. It seems to be coming along nicely. I can't wait to see the powermodule on there. Just be careful with that xenia by your sps as it will jump on there rock in days. I once had a forest too : )

Yeah, I'm waiting on Roscoe to get his xenia fuge up so I can thin them out a bit.

Seeing as how things are going, I may step down a slight bit and buy the ATI sunpower seeing as I'd save myself about $200. It would still be quite the upgrade over the Nova pro that's on there now.

LOL man I havn't even gotten to any of the fuge project yet:lol::lol:. Fishing season is officially here and as much as I like to keep fish I also love to eat and fish for them too!! I love me some Crappies!!! Will be going to the snake river in a month or so for channel cats!

You live in WA and eat crappie and fiddlers.........haha

Gotfish have you ever thought about saving some real cash and doing a retrofit? I have the same tank and have 6x60" t5's with 600w and it pry cost me 500-600bux. Just a thought.

Thats right!! I love them. Alot of people around here don't even know we have them in our lakes! It is funny because these supposedly old school fishermans always ask my friends and I how far did you have to travel to catch those Crappies because I know we don't have them in our state (that just tells me how much of an old school fisherman they are LOL) . I just laugh. What is even more funny to me is that people around here think that catfish and crappie are the nastiest fish because all they know about it is that they are bottom dwellers/feeders well not the crappies. You ask them if they had it before and the answer is always no. I just think it's funny people think they are nasty but yet have never had them. They are easy to catch if you know what, where, how and understand their habitat around here. Depending on what lake I go to (So many great lakes to fish for them within 60 miles around me) I can bring home as much as 100 crappies. Of course I don't eat them all. I give most to friends and family.

Yea...i'm from IN.....i know crappie and cats. I throw em back though, conservation man, lol. Sorry for the hijack. Anyone who knows what a fiddler is has to be a hillbilly : P

If that's the case, then Sarang is the darkest hillbilly I've seen to date. AHAHAHA!

I don't want a canopy.

Sarang, we're gonna have to go fishing one of these days. I'm surprised that you talk to people who don't know we have crappies here. Just about every lake in the area has them. I usually toss them back along with blue gills. That's all we used to catch when I was a kid and I've had my fill on both of them to last me a lifetime. I usually fish rivers in the fall for trout/salmon, but it's always fun catching some panfish also.

Kerri I fish for just about anything that swims LOL. I can't wait for the rivers to open up for Salmon!! We gotta hit up the Skokomish River for some Kings in a few months! I must of caught around 20 kings last season there. The biggest was 25lbs on a 17lb test with a Lamiglass Rod. My poor tank is going to be a little neglected for a few months LOL.

Well, it's been a while since I've even been on here and even longer since I posted anything. Tank is still doing well. Some pics to show the growth.
