this might sounds dumb but I have never hard to cure any rock at all and I have no idea how to do it

You are in the right place to ask. Just get a tote from lowes, walmart, etc. Make some SW and add a power head or two and a heater. When the rock arrives place it in the tote and let it cure. Curing is basically letting all the dead stuff rot and bacteria form. If your tank is new and no livestock you could let the rock cycle the tank for you instead of putting it in a tote.

Add live sand and or live rock to it to seed, after you let it set for a couple of weeks, as said by Brenda. K.I.S. Not complicated at all.
