Water results from today: Salinity 1.025, KH 5.5 ugh, Calcium 350, Mag 1050 and Phhosphate/Nitrate 0. I have already dosed to raise KH and continue with mag as well. I am starting to see improvement Yah

just keep slowly dosing but remember water changes are your sure bet to improving your Mag also magnesium is your gateway if its out of whack then everything else will be too

Alk should be around 8-9 and your Mg should be just below 1500... get on it!

Mag is very low...should be around 1300-1350..I wouldnt dose anything else until Mg is under control.

What salt are you using? One sure way to improve the water immediately is to get your fresh mixed water perfect and then do a large water change. However if you are using salt that has notriously low mag or other specs that are out of whack then you could be reversing any good progress by doing the water change.

Do you have a CA reactor? If you do you might want to check out the NeoMag product by brightwell. That should help keep your mag up around 1300 to 1350 once you get it up there.
