I'm getting little "blooms" of GSP in my tank, and this is a coral I do not want, at this time. Heard something about injecting it with lime juice?? What works? Thanks in advance.

palys just use a razorblade or inject the polyps with kalkwasser.

for gsp your going to have to scrape them off the rocks im not sure if blasting them with anything would be a good idea.

i accidentally killed some part of my gsp colony before because i put hot water cause of aiptaisia growing on it so you can do hot water..or you can frag it and give it away..you'll make somebody happy:)

I read that you can easily scrape the green star polyps off with a razor blade. You'ld have to get the purple mat and polyps off. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to.

I removed all the rock with GSP on it out of the tank I didn't want it in. I'm going to do the scraping method so I can make frags. There are a lot of local people with softy tanks that like em. I think they're pretty too, but the toxic factor isn't so appealing.
