after cleaning my tank today , against my better judjment, i left the hot magnum running for awhile, without the guard on the intake, when i came home and started to clean it , one of my yellow tail dams, had gotten stuck in side, when i dumped the filter out to the drain, he was still alive, i tried to pick him up from the sink strainer, and he fell through the slot in the strainer....gone...

So THAT's how you get rid of a damsel. jk I'm really sorry about your fish.

You know what sucks about the whole thing? You guys have to pay for these things and risk them not dying while being transported and then worry about them getting ich etc. When I have a friend here, who when he had a saltwater setup and decided to take it down, instead of taking the fish down the road to the beach where he got them, just throws them in the yard. That's the sad thing...Sorry again daytonabill. I'd send you a replacement if I didn't mind going to jail:)

looks like i lost kenny (my blenny) not sure what happen....he was good before the cleaning :( found my coral banded shrimp eating it...... could the banded shrimp catch the blenny, or did it starve to death, i have seen it eating away at the algea....
