ya i put a hood that has 2-96watt actinics with a 250watt MH on my 46bow and everything loves the light but am having a lil algae issues tho

I would buy that setup if I had the money...but I wonder if T-5's are betterthan VHO's or the same anybody???

T5's with individual reflectors will outperform VHO's, that said VHO's are good lamps also but this will have difficult times with some clams & sps.
