Good luck man...I hope it all works out for you. It seems like you can definately use a break and have something fall into place for you. :)

Yeah I feel my year of bad luck should yield at least one positive result..

So.. we got the call today.. and our credit and everything check out.. But they threw a curve ball.. The original off was we move in middle of april and pay half a months rent and full rent starts june 1rst.. Like a free month move in special. Now they are acting like thats not the deal. Even though the managers daughter confirmed it. So we don't know if we'll be able to afford it because we'd end up spending another 400$ by moving in for a half month. So I'm hoping we can negotiate. Otherwise I'm stuck in this volatile environment.. /sad

Think positive man...I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that it works out as planned. I'm the kind of person where my word is my word and my word is my bond and so if they offered you that deal then they should honor it. Good luck dude! :)

Going monday to try and rework the deal.. if every thing goes right.. I'll move in by may 1rst.. Which If I don't get it drilled or w/e I'll just set it up with the protein skimmer etc I got and later on buy a HOB fug. Ill be giving away the 36g and stand if anyone wants it.. I also have a 25g with a 29g iron stand people can have too.

Im considering letting my rock dry out and restarting.. to get rid of the.. bryosis and some of the aiptasia ( don't have much) and recycling the new tank.. once I get it drilled everywhere in west seattle has failed me. can't even get some.. glass piece to make the refugium in the 20g L I have. We go monday to loook over the contract and I talked to the manager and worked out that we'd just be in by may 1rst and given the keys on the 19th to start moving stuff in.

almost take down day, going to be lonely with out the fish :( our betta just died too he was 4 1/2 years old.

Everything is doing just great Devin. No need to worry about any of your critters until you want them back. The wrasse is out and about checking things out and the clown has even found his AOG's. Everything is open and seems happy. I will let you know about the tank drilling once I know. Good luck with your move.

Thanks again Eric, I really appreciate you letting Kristianne and Myself into your home and caring for my fish. I'm glad they are doing well and after seeing your set ups I knew they were in good hands! I was so happy I moved everything so well and everything ended up going good. I packed a little when I got home but ended up having to go to Kristiannes brother to have him install a cpu heatsink that I could do. Have to try and move the most of my stuff I can before thursday seeing as Kristianne only has tuesday and wednesday off and then I'm on my own!. Again thank you for the help!

Move is now complete.. Have all my stuff in the apartment, got a sams club membership and groceries. Now I just can't wait to get the other tank set up here in the future. I have a 10% off coupon from lows. Make some of the sump plumbing cheaper.

:boink::boink::boink: Hmmm I feel someone poking me about getting a tank drilled... JK :bounce: Glad to hear everything is going well Devin. I will work on getting your setup ready to go. If anyone in the south end who has experience drilling a glass tank is willing to help out I have his 50gal tank and a glass holes overflow kit including the drill bits and would love some overseeing or help getting this drilled for him.

No rush AT ALL. I am just a dreamer :D The girlfriend wants to turn the 2.5g we have into a kitchen PICO tank lol. We still need couches and stuff so the apartment looks pretty empty. But we got some pots n pans and glasses and most kitchen essentials I already had a tv and bed so we should be golden.
