How, should i do that....

should i brake it down to maybe 2 large heaters? OR maybe 3, or just 1 large heater?

Ill be just shy of the 200 club.....

2 or 3 is better that way if one fails others are still on.

I got a controller for my heating because I have had soo many bad heaters stay on too long once they finally did come on .

Don swears by the Ranco Controlers. I think I saw them on sale at premium aquatics. $70 I think?

I would do multiple for redundancy as well.

In fact I have two heaters comming in the mail to replace a heater that I had to take out because it failed. The tank got down to 73. Good thing I just happened to look at the thermometer, and just happened to wake-up early that day, and just happened to have a borrowed heater laying around.

2 under-rated heaters will be better than 1 huge heater. If one heater fails, the other can take over. Neither heater, alone or combined, would be able to over-heat your tank. Cut the total wattage needed in half. IMO, under-rating is safe and should be done. Your temp can fall by a few degrees safer than it it were to raise too high.
