Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the Seattle (Everett) area and relatively new to the hobby. I moved up here from AZ and have been lurking on the boards here after it was suggested by a local store that I check out the site.

The simple in's and outs. I have a 72g bowfront, Apex controlled, AI lighting (2 Sol Blue modules), 2 x MP10w power heads (probably will add one more soon) I've been up here since the beginning of May so the tank is coming up on 6 months old.

As far as stock I'm pretty lacking in corals right now, had some issues with getting my old stuff up here. I did however start grabbing some new buddies. So:
Yami, Tomiyama Goby
Finn, Yellow Fin Fairy Wrasse
Toni, Tomini Tang
Blake and Bella, SA Fancy Snowflake Clowns
Scoots, Red Blenny Scooter,
Mel, Hoeven's Wrasse

Eventually I'll be stocking up for a mixed/sps reef tank, but waiting on the tank to settle in some more before I start stocking the fuzzy sticks.

Well I think thats about it, thanks for readin :)

Jeff

Welcome to RF Jeff!! :welcome: Sounds like a really nice setup!! Looking forward to seeing some pics in the near future and hope you enjoy your time here. :)

Alright, here are a few snaps. Def not the best my point and shoot doesn't always take the best tank pics.

Here's a pic of the tank:

I just got this beauty yesterday. He decided to walk to the corner through the night, but sadly my clowns havent started hosting yet. I know they are a little less common to host (my clowns) but I'm still crossing my fingers. Only time will tell:

Thanks I've added some more under the hood, and I just switched back to carbon and GFO after trying Biopellets for about 2 and a half months. In that time I had a GHA outbreak and also a huge cyano problem. Just getting back on track now, just need to get the last of the GHA taken care of, I just finished my lights out cycle to deal with the cyano. As I add stuff I'll see about opening a thread to document the progress.

Tank and goodies underneath look clean and well thought out.
It is nice to have you aboard. You will like it here. Lots of very experienced reefers here to help with any problems or questions that may come up. Dont be shy about giving advice on subjects you have solutions for.

Welcome to RF

I also have a 72BF. Your rockwork is awesome. Welcome to RF. I'd like to see how u have your powerheads for flow. I feel I'm not getting good flow along the back bottom.
