Just a short introduction to say hello and introduce myself. I have been out of the hobby for a while, but recently took over my Dad's tank after his health began to fail. Now that I have moved home and am settled, I am looking forward to reengaging with the hobby. Below is a current picture of the relocated tank, which has been relocated and has been running for just under a year now.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Cheers!

Geoff

Hey Welcome Geoff,
hope all is well with your father.
So tell us more about your tank. What size is it? What livestock are you keeping?
And of course more pics are always good.

Thanks for asking. Pops is alright. Had to have double wrist surgery and knee replacement surgery. Like they say, when it rains it pours. Quite obviously, he was unable to care for the tank given his condition and it slid pretty far before I moved home.

Here is a picture of the tank just before I took it over. In it you will (barely) see a couple of fish. The larger clown has been in our family for just shy of fifteen years or so. He (or she) has survived two power outages that lasted longer than three days and wiped out the rest of the tank.

And I am happy to say the pair are quite happy in their new home.

And the lawnmower got the memo about helping me eradicate those last pesky bits of hair algae which don't seem prepared to go on their own through water changes and a carbon/gfo filter.

Well that clown is one tough cookie! Looking good now. Keep up the good work and enjoy it.
Knee surgery is no fun at all. Of course neither is wrist surgery. Hope he heals up fast.

Hey Geoff, welcome back to the hobby and Reef Frontiers. Looks as though you have done a great job in saving his Reeftank from disaster and sure that he really appreciates it. Looking forward to updates as well.

Cheers, Todd
