help feeding fish with strong flow in tank

anyone got any tips to feed my fish..my flow is too strong in the tank where alot of the food would just go straight down my overflow.. which is in the center of the tank....

Turn off or down your flow during feeding times and then turn it back on once your done feeding

You could also use a pvc pipe for target feeding.

Both! I use a turkey baster rather than pvc.
