I felt like a total jerk when I realized where Tracy actually lives and that she had to drive home after our Fish Food meeting. If I had been more aware of her situation I would have offered her our guest room so she wouldn't have to go back at night. I am really sorry about that Tracy!

Can we discuss helping out our remotely located members when they attend meetings by developing a network of guest lodging? perhaps creating a sticky with those members that are willing to loan a room or even a couch to members so that they can have a safe and relaxed meeting experience?

No worries, I actually have a friend that lives in Redmond who I can stay with, but I wanted to stop at Dangs anyway-Then of course I needed to get the frags home:D I actually have a knack for being able to sleep ANYwhere. I just bring a big blanket so I can sleep in the car if I get to tiered. For me it works out well.

I think a network of couches and list of those willing to share them is a great idea if there are people willing to host friends of the PSAS.

I obviously can’t offer a place to stay in the Seattle area but I do have two suggestions. My Husband doesn’t have the same knack for being able to sleep anywhere and much prefers a bed to a car. When he comes with me we like to stay right downtown to get the whole Seattle experience fix. Most of the Hotels are $200+/night but there are two that are quite affordable. The Pensione Nicholes, is a European style bed and breakfast with shared bathrooms and is $95-120/night. The 4 person suites have there own bath and great views for $210. The Moore is a really old hotel that is just cheap at $54-92/night depending on occupancy and if you want a private bathroom, and is also right downtown. FYI your on your own for parking at both.

Cheers,
Tracy

But thinking about you driving back to the Idaho border last night really got me twisted.
