It's an LPS. Looks like a fang and I would imagine it can pack a pretty good sting. Any ideas would be appreciated.Thanks!

Really! Maybe...I never saw anything this thin and narrow coming out of my torch, but it is possible. I'll try for a better picture tomorrow when my tank lights are on. Thanks!
 
looks like an individual tube from a pipe organ coral...have several with pink skeleton tubes in my tank and they look just like that when they break off. they're very delicate. if that is what it is, and conditions are right, it will be back to a softball size colony of tubes in a year.
 
The polyp doesn't look like a pipe organ though. Pipe organ tubes are very brittle and more evenly cylindrical. I dont think they get that long either. It looks like a piece that maybe fell down between rocks and it has grown long and thin to reach out for more light. The polyp though looks very much like a torch coral.
