HELP I THINK MY ANENOMES DEad!!!

my bubble tip anenome has been doing so good until today.i came home and hes alot smaller and blue.help!wahats wrong?i checked water(nitrate,ammonia.ph.etc)its good.

Is this a new addition? It sounds like it might just be expelling waste. Mine do that all the time, it's their way of going to the bathroom

Anyway to post a pic? SteveS would be a great person to talk to, but I'm sure he'll possibly need a pic and some info on the setup, lighting, how long you've had it etc.

Marlin, you might check around the tank for another half. Sounds just like what I felt before I realized that my RBTA had split. Even if it hasn't split, I don't know that I'd get too concerned just yet. Anemone are able to shrink down to almost nothing and then blossom right back out to full spread. Posting pics may help. What your describing is actually a pretty normal anemone behavior.
