Anyone know what fish this is?

I think that those are Black Spotted Grunts (Plectorhinchus gaterinus).

I had seen them in a video and didnt look all that big to me, but they can get uo to 3 foot in length! I dont think i will be wanting any of those in my 180.....LOL
 
Thanks, I always though having a school of grunts would be cool :)

You could always try the French Grunt (Haemulon flavolineatum), they dont get as big and IMO are good looking too.
 
Grunts, atleast what I have seen around here, act in the same way as most snappers or groupers do (well the majority of them, but probably not all). They are greedy eaters!! You go fishing and you are bound to catch a couple of grunts no matter what type of bait you use LOL! With that said, if you go with a school of grunts, keep it in mind that waste will be on the higher side than most other fish. :)
