Help needed

I have white dots on a few of my rocks and would like to know what they are and if they are bad. I do not know how to upload an image to the site but I can email it to someone if they can. Any help would be appreciated and thank you for your time.

Mike it could be anything, you have two options on the pictures, when you reply you can add a picture as an attachment or you can upload it in our members gallery and then copy the url in the thread

hmm, could they be some sort of snail eggs or something? Not really sure

Yea, hard to tell from the picture. Do they have little holes to the top of them? If so, might be little white tunicate sponges.

Just a guess, but I'd say Nerite snail eggs.

It's hard to see, but could they be mini stars

They do not have holes, are not stars , and are hard to the touch. Thanks for your responses, I appreciate it.

I think were going to need a little more of a close up their. are they moving at all, smooth? try and take a real good close up picture and that will make it alot easier, right now its just guessing.

Do not move and yes they are smooth. I have to go to my daughters softball practice but I will see if I can get a better picture when I get back.
