help please

i have a 75 gallon tank that im putting together again
i have alot of dead rock and sand
how do i get it all back together and live again

i have 2 tanks running rite now
do i seed some sand from 1 tank that i have running now
and how do i get the rock back live

I would set up the 75 and put a few pieces or good lr in to seed. I don't think it is necessary to seed the ls, But I guess it wont hurt.

If you feed the sandbed it will speed up the process.

also you can take sand from a tank that has been up and runing for a long time.

def add some established live rock and seed the sand bed...both really good ideas and will help speed up the aquarium in becoming established and cycled! I would also suggest cleaning the sand if it was previously used in a tank.
