that is one cool tank! love the central overflow. I can see 2 MP40's on each end set up to create a gyre effect. Really nice.

Very beautiful. Thank you for the pics.

Obviously you dont have enough reef tanks in your house, this you are not committed to the hobby!! Hopefully you find the time to put a few more tanks into your house and truly emerse yourself in reefing

Looks great!! Love the shallow tank look! Easier to light that way too!!! Looking forward to the rest of the build! :)

Hey Chad....Congrats Bro!!! I know this has been something you have talked about for the last few years. I'm am happy that it is Finally coming together for you.
So what's the plan? Will this be your only tank you keep or will you continue to run MULTIPLE tanks? Will you plum this tank like you had the others? Your Automated Waterchange system will be a Must on a tank of this volume,Right...LOL

I will follow your post and track your progress. We need to get together so I can check out what you have got going on, As well as fill you in on what's up with us. Lots has changed here bro, Down to just the 34 gallon tank for the time being. All of the corals we have gotten from you over the years are still with us and are doing very well! Talk to you soon bro...Shane

well i have taken down my frag tank and my 125 gallon tank in the last few days. i have left my big acrylic tank up and running until i get my 360 up and running. i plan on taken down the acrylic tank and putting my 125 gallon tank there. the 125 gallon is going to be all fish only. fish that i cant have in a reef. lots of work to be done.

hey reefers. i have a question. if i wanted to spray paint some pvc plumming parts black that will be in the saltwater. can i use any spray paint. please help. thanks chad

Chad, hey Bro...I have remembered seeing other members recommend using the Krylon Fusion! And this was from some of the more experienced reefers. If you don't feel comfortable with using Paint for some reason , maybe you could try to locate the plumbing parts that will be in the saltwater in Black. I know you have several stores that are close to you. McClendens always has had what I have ever needed.

Thanks for the PM this morning. I will be in touch very soon. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you bro..You have always been there for me, so now it's my turn!!!

Talk to you soon...Shane

+1 on the Krylon Fusion. I believe just about any paint will work as long as it us fully dry before putting it in any water but the Fusion adheres very well to the pvc and is designed to bond to plastics so out stays looking good for a long time.
