Well the Fans are in and the ballast and bulbs wired and installed. Tomorrow will be the real test to see if I can keep the heat under control or not. Keep your fingers crossed fer me

I'm running a 250 over a 26 gal with some pc actinics and have two pc fans. My max day temp hover at 81.

I do not think you will have problems.

What is an acceptable temp flux 2 to 3 deg or whats a good estmimate?

Well we didnt go above 78 all day so thats a good thing.

Well here are some test results from yesterday

Am- .00
Nitri- off the chart
Nitra-.25
Alk - 9.6
PH- 8.2

So we are on our way thru the cycle.

Diatoms are driving me nutts already but that will go away soon enuff

Well tested today and the readings are about the same nitrate's have come up some but nitrite's still look like cherry Kool Aid
