Just wanted to say hi to everyone here. Reef keeping is a new adventure for me and a very exciting one at that! I've recently set up a 10 gallon w 5 g sump, macro algae, live rock I made myself and a sand bed. I look forward to learning from the rest of you here on reef frontiers

welcome. jumped right in to doing a nano tank huh. as long as you know that smaller tanks present more challenge with stability and don't get discouraged if things don't go perfect. I see you have went though an initital cycle and were asking what next. my opinion is clean up crew, snails and hermits. do you have pics? did you get a diatome bloom and have any algea growth. you have sump and macros....they need nutrients to live also so without anything producing waste you should feed the tank as if there is a few small fish in there.

pics please!

Pics are coming soon I promise. I still have a bit of research to figure out how to post photos also my post count needs to be large enough to allow for it. ;)
