hiding goby???

I added a clown fish a couple days a go and ever since my yellow watchman goby has been in hiding. Should I be concerned, he doesn't even come out at feeding time??

I would give him sometime before worring about him. Is the clown picking on him or chasing him?? if not he should come out soon.

Cinnamon. He never really had a chance to bother him. He has hide from the point he was introduced.

Clowns are a genus of the Damsel family and can be very aggressive/terriorial. Gobies can be very timid, I have two Sleeper Banded Gobies that are quite shy. My Maroon clown will chase all of my other fish excluding the Tangs and Yellow Wrasse from its' area.

You will have to wait and see if the Gobie picks a spot that doesn't encroach on the Cinnamon's territory.
