Hitchhiker???

Man, I came home from a hike and I see a dead blueleg hermit in the front of the tank. I was a little surprised, because I only had 2 bluelegs and I can both see them cruising around. So, I continue to look around and I see this piece of what looks like green algae float by, then another. Looking closer, it is a piece of my lettuce nudi, as I look around the tank it is basically shreaded all over in small pieces, now floating around! "Look there's his head, oh here's a bigger chunk."

I am thinking, what is the deal! I see my Emerald crab hiding in a cove. He could be the culprit. Oh well! The nudi was very cool, and man did he ever make a dent in the hair algae that I had! Maybe, he was sucked into my Seio??

Wow man...That's a tough one. I've heard bad things about emerald crabs...I doubt you lost both things in your Seio though. If you did, time to make a law suit! Hope youi figure it out soon...

One of your two hermits could've just molted. The molts look just like a dead hermit. You may want to consider that before accusing your emerald of dastardly deeds.
