I have a similar fixture I got off ebay.I am happy with it so far. The only issue I've had was a faulty ballast for the PC actinics. I'd definately go for one that has PC or t5 actinics as well as the mh.

Defintly cheap. I personally didn't like my PC hood that I got off ebay. It was by far the cheapest option, but I found myself wanting to replace it less then a year later. It ran way too hot, wasn't the right spectrum to make the corals pop(since you dont get to choose your bulbs), the fans broke in less then a month, and I didnt like the growth I was getting. I made my choice on the ebay hood off of price but ironically it ended up being more expensive in the long run as I bought a $150 hood and a $350 hood rather then just one $350 hood.
