How far do you drive to work? Have the new gas prices affected you?

I bought a 2004 toyota tundra and im about 25 miles from my home to work. My truck gets about 17miles per gallon and to fill the tank cost me $50.00. I love the truck but im thinking about riding the bus due to this "STUPID" gas price. Heck, i might find someone to carpool with.....=(

Don, I really loved my suzuki, but the build quality sucked and the customer service really really sucked! My best friend is a honda/suzuki sales manager, and tells me nothing but bad things about dealing w/ suzuki as far as service and warranty claims. Nothing but good things to say about honda. I would actually prefer a Yamaha, but they don't make any bikes that I like in that class.

All I do is drive all day, god only knows how many miles I put on in a day. But my one ton dually sure is a gas miser, lol. Pretty bad when gas cost more then my hobby.lol

I drive about 25-30 minutes one way. My wife usually takes our Jeep Grand Cherokee to her work. I am left with her Honda Civic for my work. Unless she is low on money. Then you know what happens...I do want a sportbike again. Gas usually cost me twenty dollars a week with Honda.

Uggg. It's only about 15 miles for me, but takes about an hour each way. Gotta love 520...

My little Kia Rio micro-wagon gets almost 30 mpg... good thing since I drive 52 miles round trip daily (Federal Way to North Bellevue).

Hubby gets terrible mileage in his Dakota PU but he only goes 18 miles round trip.

We figure we pretty much each use the same amount of gas per day.
