How to modify a Barr 4220 skimmer

The title says it all. I would like to pick up the performance on the skimmer that I have, and I will leave it up to the skimmer guys out there to describe to me as to how to get this done. If you all need pics, we can do this. All I ask is that when you go thru the process, be fairly detailed, OK??? So have at it folks, I hope you can help.

What about a "bekket mod" (spelling prolly wrong)
 
Seems that you could make a recirc pretty easy Charlie, just drill a couple holes for bulk heads and away you go.
 
Charlie basically we just have to take the priciples of skimming (math) and then figure out how to make it work with what you got. To tired now but we will look at it as the week goes by.
