HQI cover glass

Could somebody direct me as to where i could find a cover glass for HQI housing? For some reason mine just shattered today. Does anyone know if this glass is tempered or special in other ways? The brand is generic so it is making it even harder to find. It is on a swivel housing. about 5 x 7

Go to a local glass cutter. It is just UV shielded glass.
