Ok so they very rarely leave this little patch called home and they act like they are tending something but I see no eggs Do you all think they are practicing? Or just loopy?

I think a year and a half old is a bit young for eggs.

clowns can breed as young as 10 months...under laboratory conditions with estrogen added to the water to quickly force a female.
