i just went to a bb tank it seemed easyer to keep clean is there any big benifits to having a sand bed

they both have there pros and cons I have both in 2 seprate tanks of course, but I like bare bottom as easier to maintain in my 240 it is bare bottom so I should always have a clean front windsheild the back and sides I do not care about but all my tanksare acrylic so less scratching to be done also.

looks like a sand change and a light change made ya some algae?

Im sticking with my BB... after years of sand this is cleaner, just leave no glass exposed, cover everything with rock
