What would you guys think of inviting all the LFS to come visit Randy Reeds presentation at BCC? That way we show support for both sides.

Is it too much to ask a BOD member to type up a invite to personally hand it to LFS(sponsors) and Reef Frontiers (Chuck) also and say we appreciate their support and welcome you to Randy Reeds presentation?
Come on you evil genius. Make it creative, charismatic, and heart warming. That any LFS employee or owner is personally invited for free admission. PSAS will pay for room. We just want to do our best to work as one. We need you (LFS) (rf chuck) sponsors.
And appreciate your support.
Thank you for all you have done to make this a great place.
sincerely,

As you may already know, Randy Reef of ReefNutrition.com is come to Seattle for PSAS speaker presentation on October 18th. The topic of presentation will be Reef Nutrition and the Culturing of Rotifers and Copepods.

PSAS Board Members want to personally invite all of you (or any employee of yours) to attend this meeting. There's no membership requirement. Just come and tell us you are PSAS sponsors and we will let you in.

We appreciate the support you provide to this club all the time and want to work with you to provide PSAS members the best experience they can have with this club.

Thanks
PSAS BOD

Here is how I would suggest editing

Randy Reed of Reef Nutrition is coming to Seattle for a presentation to the Puget Sound Aquarium Society on October 18th at the Bellevue Community College. The topic of this presentation will be Reef Nutrition and the Culturing of Rotifers and Copepods.

The PSAS Board Members want to personally invite all of our sponsors and their employees to attend this meeting as our guest. Just come and tell us you are a PSAS sponsor and we will let you in.

We appreciate all of the support you provide to this club. The PSAS would not be what it is without the support of our sponsors and we want to extend this invitation as a small token of our appreciation. We look forward to seeing you there!

I want to say this. Its been a life long dream to help bring LFS store employees up to speed. Sometimes a store employee that has little or no experience will mislead hobbyist. I am sure not intentionally, but it does happen. That is why I think it is important for us to work together. Fewer mistakes means more of us.

Bob,
I need to appoligize to you. I see all the effort you have made to make this place go smooth. I appreciate it very much. I am sorry. I hope I did not detour you in any way. I hope you stay around. If you do not forgive me. I understand also.
Sincerely,
Ed Hahn

I like the suggestion from Kris. Sounds very professional.

Will we be sending an invitation like this for every presentation?

Vicki

Thanks Kris. I will be sending it to our sponsors. and Chuck from RF too.

Vicki, I do not see why not. It shows we appreciate them.

good catch Ed. I compared it to the sponsors page on our website and sent email to the following:

1. TheWildSide
2. IndoorReef (Paul and Cody)
3. Clear Fabrication

We do not have email addresses of the following:

Dennys

I did not sent email to Oceanpods because of what Dr. Adelaide sent to Duane and what you told us about her being in competition with Randy Reed.
