Hello,
Acropora gemmifera or A. humilis is my guess. They both can be found exposed at low tide and do best in high flow/surge environment.

You're welcome :)
It is a very nice coral IMO. With high flow it grows very stout and can be difficult to frag (I broke a set of cutters on this coral). The color is highly variable depending on light spectrum and intensity.
