Can someone id this i dont know that much about these and im not sure
exactly what it is LOL is it a form of a scoly ?

Actually, Cynarina and Scolymia are two different species.

Personally, I think it looks like a baby Trachyphyllia... without the obvious "folds" we're used to seeing in the bigger ones. Is the bottom of the thing cone shaped?
