I have no clue what this is. This is the maximum length that the tentacles get. (I was told that it was a "short" tentacle strain of frogspawn.)

looks like frogpawn. give it time to adjust and it should come out more.

Looks like a torch to me. Pink flesh around the tentacles. The base doesn't look like bone. My frogspawn's base is just like exposed bone.

It has been in my tank for two weeks and has begun to divide in half. The tentacles haven't gotten longer though....

It started out with two small heads (the top and bottom one). Now they are dividing and I have about 5 heads!

Looks like regular ol frogspawn to me. I have a piece that started out like that one, it looked very torch like. But as it grew the trademark knobs started growing.
