The second pic looks like a bunch of pineapple sponges. Harmless. Any chance at a better pic?

If it's those white dots, and they look like this:

then it is indeed a pineapple sponge, and totally harmless. Cool, even, and great that they are spreading in your system

Yes that is pretty much what they look like. Take it its a good sign of the system being in check? They are kinda ugly is my only problem lol

Sponges are definitely a good sign, and yes, pineapple sponges are very funky looking I had a BUNCH on the underside of a rock once, and was glad they never spread anywhere visible in the tank. If you ever want to get rid of them, you can always pluck or scrape them off the rock, but they are excellent filters. You can always remove them and put them in your sump or fuge (without exposing them to air, which will most likely kill them).

ya i had a couple get the size of a dime or nickle. My eyes must be bad lol...
