I have about 20 of those. I've called them limpetts. I believe they are Elephant slugs Or yeah, scutus, what returnofsid said. They do get big. Some of mine are a good 3"+ long. And they are great cleaners

thats exactly what it is I had 2 but now only one as the other died in my old tank. They are great cleaners and even though they get big i have never seen mine do anything bad like moving frags. (mine's about 2in long and about an in wide)
 
I should have posted something for scale on the mushroom looking creature. Its about 4" in diameter. Under actenics and moonlight, it glows fluorescent green. Its been around for about 2 months, and is looking a lot healthier, so I think it isn't bleached, but can't say for certain...

Do they look like these?
These are over 7" in diameter.

I dont remember what they are called either, but they are mushrooms.
