Marine Depot carries the Dual Voltage 250W Lumatek ballast. They no longer have the Single Voltage 120V 250W ballast.

Not sure how feasable this is, but I had an idea after reading this:

Why not collect rainwater and run through my RODI unit using a booster pump to feed the filter? Anyone have any thoughts?

I remember years ago when our house was set up to be billed at different rates for using power during off-peak hours. Our house is currently not set-up for that type of billing. Is yours?

Running the lights at night is also a way to create less heat in the tank, don't you think, especially during the summer. Just an offhand thought, and something I have thought of, but never done.
