IMAC is Coming!

Hi Everybody;

Well, we had a fabulous IMAC this year, all booths were sold out months in advance for the first time and everyone seemed to have a great time. It is unfortunate that we had to cancel IMAC Las Vegas due to lack of interest (or more likely it was the fact that the hotel was selling rooms to the general public for almost half what we were quoted under our contract). But we are trying to reschedule it for later in the winter and we will see what happens.

But we are well on our way in planning for the International Marine Aquarium Conference 2008 to be held in Chicago on May 30, 31 and June 1 of 2008. We already have

lined up with lots more to come. We will again have our popular “behind-the-scenes” tour of Shedd Aquarium on May 29th, and we will have a tour of LFS on Monday June 2. We hope we will again sell out the booths early so we will once again have a Great Trade Show.

Special IMAC Deal for RF Members

Hi Everybody;

Have you heard about IMAC? You probably have. It is one of the biggest hobbyist conferences in the country. Next year it will be in Chicago on May 30, 31 and June 1. Here is the Speaker List:

And there will also be a “behind-the-scenes” tour of the Shedd Aquarium, a tour of LFS, a Speakers’ Reception, a Banquet and a Huge Raffle.

It is at a pretty good rate right now at $125 but for members of Reef Frontiers we are offering a special at $99 good until the end of November. So get over to www.theimac.org and sign up for this special while it is still good. You will have to scroll down past the regular registration to find it and enter the name of this Board.

We hope to see you in Chicago in May. It’s a great opportunity to meet up with other reef addicts and speakers in a social atmosphere.

IMAC $99 Special Rate Extended

Yes elitercon, you should come. Especially since the special $99 rate has been extended until the end of February. You have to go to the Program Advertising Page and scroll down to the bottom to find it but you can get it even if you do not belong to a reef club. Where you are supposed to enter your club, just enter "Reef Frontiers" and you can get this special.

So hurry.
