I have a pair of semi-snowflake clownfish and it seems like the smaller of the 2 is more aggressive. Is the one that is trying to turn female the one that chases the other fish to turn sideways and do a shake?

sideways shake is male behavior. I could be wrong but i believe i have seen all my males do this is a pairing stage

I've had my percula pair for 5 years and my male is by far the more aggressive. They finally started laying eggs a few weeks ago, but the male has always been the aggressive one, biting my hand when it gets near his home. The female is quite peaceful and will eat nori from my hand. She doesn't mind if my hand gets near their home either.
