Anyone know that this is... looks like a slug with two my antennas off of its front. It was on my clam when i found it. Doesn't seem to be hurting anything in the tank... so far.

Does it have a hard shell covering most of its body? If so, it is likely a Stomatella. The shell often blends in so well with the body that it is difficult to see, but if you touch it, you can tell the shell is hard. I have a couple in my tank, they are reef safe, similar to any common herbivorous snail.
