So have a bunch of these little guys in my sump (and sump only thankfully) they look and move like tiny baby mantis shrimp. I hope the pictures are clearenough.

amphipod I think. They don't swim much, mostly crawl

Looks like an amphipod, I've got a bunch of those too.
