Whisperer, thanks a bunch! The light is a Giesemann Spectra. It's a little different because its a wider fixture with larger reflectors and using 250w SE's to cover more real estate with T5's. I love it.

Nick, thank you. Sometimes I want to post more on my thread but may bore people with the minor stuff. That's why the BLOG was a perfect addition that way I can write more information and have it organized properly.

Nice, I will be tagging along on this one. I was curious which skimmer you went with? How many 250 watt bulbs you were running on your tank? What type of circulation, Tunzes or external pumps?

Don, you can get them from Premium Aquatics as they sell the Giesemann Multifans. These arent in the states yet, but Im sure they can special order it for you.
