Nano-Reefer
Well I fell asleep and forgot to turn off my moon lights on my tank. So here at 1:30am I woke up and got up to turn them off. I figure why not Ill turn on the actinic to see whats happening in there. I do that and I see a hermit crab on the top of the LR with its shell almost off shaking with white stuff pouring out.
So I start to freak out and think its dying so I keep watching to see what happens. When it notices me watching it will push its shell back over. It did it until all the stuff on its back was gone.
The stuff looked like white and red fluff. It should shake and it would just flow out.
My damsel, cleaner shrimp, and CUC are all excited out eating whats floating in the water.
You can clearly see all the white particles floating around the tank and stuck on the glass in the pictures.
Also you can see in the videos the hermit shaking all the stuff out.
