Is there a problem with the phones?

I was just wondering if anyone has had any trouble within the last week or so getting in contact with Premium Aquatics by telephone? I've been trying for a while now and can't get through. All I get is the answering machine.

Rob, if you see this message before I catch up with you, I just wanted you to know that I just got your e-mail (what a pleasant surprise) and just sent you a reply. I also, left you my vonage number on the answering machine there for you at Premium Aquatics incase you wanted to give me a shout. Congrats once again and I'll find out that info for you asap!

Krish - I was in there today, and I can tell you the phones were ringing off the wall. Everyone needs 8 arms and 8 ears. I don't know how they do it, but they always have such great customer service.
