I have had one or more urchins for at least 4 of the 5-1/2 years I have had a reef tank, and have always had lots of corraline. (I am one of those people who believe that urchins end up spreading more corraline than they end up consuming).

What can I say, but CONGRATULATIONS for being such a highly-regarded and witty member of the Reef Frontiers family! I can only hope to achieve such an achievement!
Congrats on your coralline and your 1000th post. maybe you could sell some of each to Jiffy.

I was left with a white rock (which I will give to my cousin LOL), and a little container full of colorful scrapings which I poured into my tank. I cut my skimmer off before doing it and I'm curious to see what will happen later on down the road in a few months. Probably nothing though (LOL). My wife will just cuss me for making a mess and dulling up one of her knives (LOL). Who needs an urchin when they've got me. There is no way an urchin could hack up a rock as quickly as me no matter how hungry he is! (LOL)
Me thinks you would be surprised
