WOW that is one cool camera. The picture is so clear and it moves so smooth.
Your tank looks awesome. I love the birds nest ;-)
The picture is so good I thought I would point out to you that I can actually read stuff from Catherine’s desk and get license plates from the parking lot. I would suggest that you point that out to her and/or limit the zoom in those areas if possible for your own privacy.
If you don’t mind me asking do I need a computer wiz to set one up?
Again great job I hope to see you tank grow over time

Thank you for your concern about the license plates and such!! I will make the changes immediately.

Glad your all enjoying the camera. It's a fun instrument to have. Let me know if their is anything out of place in the tank?? LOL

Sorry about the camera glich the other day! Something was wrong with the i.p. address.

Question #1 I'm on a Cable connection. The only way to go. :)

Question #2 I got the camera from this web sight.
www.nuspectra.com

And sorry about not getting in! The camera allows 20 veiwers at one time.

Glad you all are enjoying it.

Salsa King!!

Hey on a Salsa Note!! Just got Salsa into Costco!! :) :)

Will be available in about 2 month!! Support Penny's salsa and Tank will just keep getting bigger. :) :D LOL Have a great thanksgiving all!

are you serving the feed from you cable?

I twas under the impression cable couldn't have static IP address(which is why I think/thought they're pretty useless besides being fast), and there upload was no more than 128. am I wrong?

It's Comcast cable! I run the camera direclty into my hub which is connected to my router. I set the ip address and tell the router to forward all connections directly to the camera.

Correct! I set the ip address via the router! Why do you ask?

Are you trying to set one up yourself?

I'd love to set up my website via a cable connection. Since I have an outside DNS server all I need to run it is a static ip address at home for the webserver. Does your cable service have a decent upstream? Could something like this be run solely using the cable modem put on 1 machine(I don't have a network at home, just the one machine)

Yes it's pretty easy to accomplish actually! Camera port goes directly into Hub and then into router!! If you have any question if you get it i will help you install it! Eric

Happy Thanksgiving!! Eric
