I spotted a small snail like thing on a rock last night. With a little closer look it has to be a baby turbo snail. Same everything besides not having a shell yet. I guess they develop a shell?????? It has a small spiral starting on the lower right side of its back.....is this the shell????

I only have three turbos in the tank......now four!

How small is it? It may not be a baby turbo. Whenever I think of a snail without a shell I think of stomatellas. There are also very small species of turban snails that remain tiny. My tank crawls with them at night. If you could get a picture that would be awesome....or remove from the tank for a pic. It's fun when hitchhikers are discovered and their good!

Here's a pic of stomatella:

I think you are right. That looks light it. I watched it for a while and it crawled to the top of a small rock and started "spitting" bubbles up in the water. It almost looked like eggs or something. What could it be doing? Why does everything in my tank seem to shoot stuff up in the water?
Something under my shrooms does it. Now this snail does it. I guess its a good thing?

Stomatellas have been known to propagate in aquariums. Think of it as getting clean up crews for free :) . Stomatellas are great additions.

LOL - everything shooting stuff in your water....I forgot about the hidden things under the shrooms. :D
